Earned by playing — Animal Coins come from completing shifts. Base sanity is 61% unless the class changes it.
- Intern — free (default) — +10 → +15 → +20 bonus sanity, taking you to 71% / 76% / 81%.
- Nurse — 20 Animal Coins — +1 → +3 max inventory (4/5/6 slots); starts at 65% sanity.
- Secretary — 120 Animal Coins — +1 sanity per check-in, plus +5 → +10 bonus sanity.
- Paramedic — 250 Animal Coins — Large Run Cola goes from 6 to 9 uses; at Lv3 it regenerates 1 use per round.
- Psychologist — 500 Animal Coins — All sanity effects are doubled — good and bad — and you start at 100%. Lv2-Lv3 give a 7.5% → 15% chance to ignore sanity loss entirely.
- Doctor — 900 Animal Coins — +1 sanity for every patient healed, plus +15 → +20 bonus sanity.
- Security — 1,250 Animal Coins — Starts with an X-Taser (5 uses); Lv2 adds a Deployable Camera and Lv3 regenerates 1 use per round. 62% sanity and $20 starting cash.
- Surgeon — 2,500 Animal Coins — Sanity and speed boost after healing; Lv2 extends it to 8s; Lv3 doubles the sanity, lengthens the boost and adds +10 sanity.
💎 Robux classes (2)
Premium classes — Robux only, and the exact price varies by region.
- Head Nurse — Robux only — +3 inventory slots; Lv2 adds +10 sanity; Lv3's "Special Technique" starts you with all medicine.
- Secret Agent — Robux only — Starts with a Gun (20 uses) and a multi-use Scanner, +2 carry capacity; Lv2 raises it to 24 uses with regeneration; Lv3 grants +4 sanity and +5 cash per kill.
